The Workout Wedge is comprised of an inclined component and a curved component to magnify and multiply the effects of your workout.
The inclined component was designed to create a new “floor” from which you can isolate, sculpt and lift the lower body muscle groups performed in exercises such as deadlifts, lunges and squats. This new “inclined floor” not only allows one to attack these muscle groups at different angles but also introduces the element of heel drive which is simply unattainable on a flat surface.
The curved component contours to your hands and to your lower back. It supports extraneous muscle groups such as the upper and lower back, thereby eliminating the ability to “cheat” on an exercise. The muscles you are actually targeting can now be isolated giving optimal results.
